CALED Event Cancellation Policy

CALED is pleased to incur expenses on your behalf to process your registration. If necessary, you may cancel your registration up to seven days before the day of the event and your registration fee, less a 15 per cent handling fee, will be credited to a future CALED event of your choice or your CALED membership (to be used within a 12-month period). All cancellations must be sent to CALED in writing in order to be valid. CALED does not provide cash refunds for any reason. Registrants who cancel less than seven days before the day of the event and all no shows are responsible for full payment. You may make a substitution at any time.

Safety Guidance

• Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test is not required for the event.
• We encourage (but do not require) the use of masks at the event. We will have masks on-hand for attendees who do not bring their own.
• If you feel ill, have tested positive for COVID, are waiting for COVID test results, have COVID symptoms, or if you have had recent close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID, please do not attend.
