Mission
The Riverside County Library System Foundation’s mission is to strengthen communities by supporting and enriching cultural and literary services and programs to promote access to resources that will continue to be available for future generations.
Vision
The Riverside County Library System Foundation (RCLSF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the Riverside County Library System. Established in 2018, our mission is to enhance the library experience for all patrons and expand access to information and resources throughout our community.
Our foundation is committed to advocating for the importance of public libraries in our society. We believe that libraries play a critical role in promoting literacy, providing educational opportunities, and fostering a sense of community across the County’s 34 public libraries as well as their mobile resource vans, Library Connect. Our goal is to help the Riverside County Library System reach its full potential as a hub for learning, innovation, and collaboration.
Our foundation is comprised of a dedicated group of volunteers and supporters who are passionate about our mission. We work closely with the library system's staff and leadership to identify areas where we can make the biggest impact on the lives of residents who rely on the Riverside County Library System. Through fundraising efforts, advocacy, and community outreach, we aim to provide critical resources and support for the library system and its patrons.
We are proud to be a part of the Riverside County community and to support the libraries that serve our residents. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality educational resources and our library system plays an essential role in meeting that need. Thank you for your support of the Riverside County Library System Foundation.
