If you have a brick & mortar business outside of city limits, or a home-based business that has run-off into the storm drain, you will need to register for the Stormwater Compliance Program. The Small Business Advocate acts as the voice of Riverside County small businesses, to ensure that they are given the opportunity to successfully start, manage, and grow.
